Interesante iniciativa colaborativa de generación de una base de datos id's de antenas de móviles que permite en sus palabras:

En definitiva, si no he entendido mal el tu te instalas un programa en tu movil que te permite:

-Obtener i propocionar informacion ha cerca de donde estas, que otras personas hay en en radio de acción de la antena desde la que te estas conectando a la red de moviles y una serie de info de interés de la zona.

Como siempre, dependiendo del contenido que se propocione, este sistema puede ser una gran idea, algo mediocre o una porquería
